Penn Chemistry Research Featured in C&E News

The April 9 issue of C&E News highlighted recent publications from Professor E. James Petersson's research group outlining new methods for tracking protein motion and their application to studying the pathological proteins of Parkinson's Disease.

 

 

The April 2 issue of C&E News spotlighted Professor Amos Smith III's collaborative efforts with members of the Perelman School of Medicine showing that epothilone D can be used to disaggregate tau, one of the aggregating species of Alzheimer's disease.

 

 

The April 2 issue of C&E News also featured Prof. David Christianson's research on odorant biosynthesis and how it could aid water remediation.
